Where duplicate accounts are identified, all Accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid mobile phone number, and bank account or e-wallet details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ipo88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must immediately notify ipo88 if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. ipo88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs through your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
3.4 Account Currency
All ipo88 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There is no currency conversion functionality on the Platform. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, Wagers, and winnings are expressed and settled in IDR.
ipo88 may require Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any stage of the Member relationship. 7.4 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or disconnection during a game or live event, ipo88 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle Wagers accordingly. Where a game state cannot be reliably reconstructed, the affected Wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Account. ipo88's determination in such cases is final.

Nothing in these Terms limits ipo88's liability for death or personal injury caused by ipo88's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
ipo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We maintain industry-standard security and infrastructure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service given the nature of internet-based systems.
13.1 Termination by ipo88
ipo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ipo88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the Member is found to be under 21 years of age; or (d) continued provision of services to the Member would expose ipo88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon termination for cause, ipo88 may forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account, void any open Wagers, and withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method.
13.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Members may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting ipo88 support at [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
